Reintroducing a premium tier with Hamish Daud.

The challenge

XL Prioritas had a perception problem — its premium offering was seen as out of reach. XL Axiata needed to reintroduce the market to services that are accessible and affordable, without losing the premium feel that makes the tier worth choosing.

Our approach

We concepted and produced a commercial video fronted by brand ambassador Hamish Daud, using his influence to make the case that premium is now within reach for everyone. Narrativ handled the full chain — concept, video production and post-production.

The outcome

A polished commercial that repositioned XL Prioritas for a broader audience, signalling quality and value while widening the brand's appeal.
